4. Zettelkasten to achieve some "digital immortality"
The hypothetical concept of digital immortality refers to the use of this Zettelkasten to store and keep a person's second brain and all derivatives of his or her work with the Zettelkasten, i.e. all kinds of writings and records.
5. Zettelkasten to fight dementia, i.e., Alzheimer's
Science is still researching dementia and Alzheimer's, however some studies show that memory, reasoning, and speed of processing information can be improved with brain exercises (besides many other activities). One study found that exercising the mind delayed declines in thinking skills. Zettelkasten can be the gym one needs to keep the brain in good shape.
